Terms and Conditions of Use and Purchase

These Terms and Conditions regulate access to and use of the website www.vroomkidsstore.com ("Website") and the VROOM online store, as well as all purchases, contracts and transactions made through the Website.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they affect your rights and obligations under applicable law.
If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not access the Site or make purchases in the VROOM online store.

By placing an order with VROOM, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you print a copy for future reference. If you have any questions, please contact VROOM through our contact details.

1. Ordering Procedure

To place an order in the VROOM online store, the User must have a valid email account and their browser must accept cookies and pop-ups, in order to ensure the correct functioning of the store.

Steps to place an order:

  1. Enter the Website and select the desired products;
  2. Add products to cart;
  3. Proceed to Checkout;
  4. Select the desired payment method;
  5. Check and confirm all order details;
  6. Proceed with payment and complete the order.

After payment confirmation, the User will receive an email confirming the order, which includes the order number and details. The purchase is considered finalized once the User clicks on "Confirm Payment".

VROOM reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, even after automatic confirmation.

2. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard);
  • PayPal;
  • MB Way;
  • Bank Transfer;
  • ATM.

Payment must be made according to the method chosen at the time of Checkout. In the case of Bank Transfer, the User will have 5 business days to make the payment after the order is placed. Otherwise, VROOM reserves the right to cancel the order.

3. Delivery and Shipping Costs

VROOM delivers to mainland Portugal, Madeira and the Azores, as well as to other countries in the European Union.

Delivery Times:

  • Mainland Portugal: 2-5 working days;
  • Islands (Madeira and Azores): 5-10 working days;
  • Rest of the EU countries: 7-15 working days.

Shipping costs will be calculated automatically during the Checkout process, depending on the weight and destination of the order.

If VROOM is unable to deliver the products within the estimated time, the User will be notified by email. If delivery is not possible due to the User's responsibility (e.g. incorrect address), VROOM reserves the right to charge additional fees for re-delivery.

4. Right to Free Termination

In accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, the User has the right to return products purchased from the VROOM online store within 14 days from the date of receipt.

To exercise the right of return, the User must communicate their intention by email, providing the order details. Returned products must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the User, except in the case of a product defect.

After receiving the returned products, VROOM will proceed with the refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used by the User.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If the products purchased have visible defects or damage at the time of delivery, the User must contact VROOM within 48 hours of receiving the order, describing the defect or damage and providing photos as proof, if necessary.

VROOM offers the option of exchange or full refund, at no additional cost to the User, when the defect or damage is proven.

6. Privacy Policy

VROOM is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its Users. All data collected during the purchase process is used only for processing orders and communicating with the User, in accordance with our Privacy Policy . For more information, please see our Privacy Policy page .

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to VROOM and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution or any other use of any content on the Site without the prior written consent of VROOM is prohibited.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

VROOM reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the updated version on the Site. It is the User’s responsibility to periodically review the Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the User may resort to the Portuguese courts or to the available alternative consumer dispute resolution entities.
