Shipping Policy

At VROOM, we offer several shipping options to ensure that our products reach you in the most convenient way. We work with trusted carriers, namely Batch for domestic shipments and DHL for international shipments.

1. Shipping Methods

During the checkout process, you will be asked to select your preferred shipping method depending on the destination of your order:

  • Batch (National - Mainland Portugal and Islands) : We use the Batch carrier for shipments within Portugal. This option offers a fast and efficient service for deliveries within the national territory.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process, based on geographic location and product weight.

  • National Shipping (Mainland Portugal and Islands) : Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout, depending on the weight of the order and the delivery location.

  • International Shipping : International shipping prices vary based on destination and may include additional fees charged by the carrier, such as customs fees or local taxes. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be disclosed at checkout, or when applicable, communicated by the carrier prior to delivery.

Free Shipping

  • We offer free shipping to Portugal (Mainland and Islands) on purchases over €200 . This offer only applies to national standard shipping and does not include express or international shipping.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected:

  • Batch (Portugal) : National shipments have an estimated delivery time of between 2 to 5 working days .

  • Batch (International) : For international shipments, delivery times vary between 3 to 10 business days , depending on the destination country. Please note that delivery times may be extended due to customs procedures or other external conditions.

4. International Shipping and Customs Fees

For international orders, in addition to the shipping costs calculated during checkout, there may be customs fees, taxes or other local fees that are charged by the authorities of the destination country.

  • These fees are not the responsibility of VROOM and must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery, if applicable.
  • We recommend that you check with your local authorities for any applicable taxes in your country before finalizing your purchase.

5. Submission Process

After confirming the order, an email will be sent with shipping confirmation and, if applicable, a tracking number that will allow you to track the status of your order.

  • Batch : For national and international shipments, you can follow the status of your order using the tracking number provided by Batch.

6. Delivery Failure and Returns

If delivery cannot be made due to the recipient's absence or incorrect data, the order may be returned to the sender or forwarded to a collection point, where it will be available for a limited time.

  • In the case of returns to VROOM due to delivery failure, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment. Please note that additional costs may apply for this second shipment.
